quickening spirits
airbound with the skylark's rise
spring into the blue
for lazy summers
one and one do not make two
it doesn't matter
taking leave from trees,
gently dropping hints of age
fall upon deaf ears
snow-muffled senses
winter in kind memories
beside the mind's hearth
